The first school of expert moderators in the framework of the project "Design solutions for young people"

The first school of expert moderators took place in Moscow, in which Yana Sergeyevna Nikonova, a specialist in the department of educational work and social issues, took part. The event was organized by the representatives of the ANO "Center for Social Design" with the support of the Presidential Grants Fund.

During the week, 100 representatives from 40 regions of the country who passed the competitive selection were involved in the creation of design workshops in their regions, united in a professional community nationwide, with a strong expert and methodological base for social design.

The main task of the workshops is to provide information and advisory support to talented and proactive youth representatives in finalizing interesting social projects for further participation in grant competitions. The training was aimed at learning the basics of project management according to the method of PRINCE 2, Agile, Scrum. Lectures and trainings were conducted by Maria Belykh, a leading consultant at Project Services PRINCE2 Practitioner, an accredited trainer using the PRINCE2 and Aglile methods.

In the framework of the “Dialog on an equal footing”, the participants managed to ask important questions to Alexander Bugaev, the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, Alexey Lyubtsov and Anton Volkov, representatives of the Resource Youth Center.

The organizers of the event announced the prospects for working with the National League of Student Clubs as a priority form for the development of student activity, identified the most common mistakes and criteria for evaluating grant applications for competitions, made recommendations on the formation of project teams and obtaining financial support for implementation.
