Opening of a dairy farm for the production and processing of goat milk

As part of the program of the V International Conference on Goat Breeding “From Goat to Cheese - It's Easy!” Employees of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine took part in the opening of a livestock complex for the production and processing of goat milk, in a. During the scientific and industrial discussion, prospects for the development of dairy goat breeding in Russia and the Stavropol Territory were discussed, representatives of sectoral livestock enterprises in the regions of Russia, Israel, France, the Netherlands, China, India, Spain, Greece, Holland, Sweden, and Central Asia also took part in this event. Considering the world experience in the creation and functioning of successful goat-breeding farms, the enterprise will become a new object for the research activities of the faculties of veterinary medicine and technological management and a place for a practice-oriented approach in teaching students.
