International power sports multi-tournament “Golden Tiger-13”

In Yekaterinburg, in the international exhibition center, the next international multi-tournament on power sports “Golden Tiger-13” was held. Stavropol Territory was represented by athletes of the sports club of Stavropol State Agrarian University.

Competitions were held in two sports: powerlifting and weightlifting. Gold in powerlifting among young men won:

· In the weight category of 75 kg Ivan Masalov,

· In the weight category of 82.5 kg Danil Pavlyuchenko

· Among juniors in the weight category of 75kg Georgy Kolesnichenko

Among the juniors, Vitaly Nikulin became the silver medalist. All athletes are students of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources.

Student team coach Nina Mukhortova won weightlifting in the 64 kg category, and in the bench press powerlifting nomination she became the absolute champion and was awarded the exclusive ELITA national powerlifting cup and ring.

The athletes were supported by the rector of SSAU, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, professor V.I. Trukhachev.
