Stavropol State Agrarian University, together with the Electoral Commission of Stavropol Territory, continues to conduct a permanent scientific methodological seminar on the problems of theory and practice of the electoral process.
The second meeting of the seminar on the topic “Which electoral system is better?” will be held on November 12, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 12.30 a.m. at Stavropol State Agrarian University (Stavropol, 12, Zootehnichesky lane, room 1).
It is supposed to consider the features of the use of majority and proportional election systems in Russian electoral practice, talk about the advantages and disadvantages of the varieties used, identify problematic issues and discuss possible solutions.
We invite the staff and students of Stavropol State Agrarian University to participate in the second meeting of the scientific methodological seminar.
