The All-Russian Choir Festival in 2019 is held in accordance with the Strategy of the State Cultural Policy for the period until 2030. The founder and organizer of the Festival is NP "All-Russian Choral Society" with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
The folk academic choir of teachers and staff of Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the regional stage of the All-Russian Choir Festival.
According to the results of the contest, the Folk Academic Choir of Teachers and Staff entered the leading three of the best choral groups in the North Caucasus Federal District.
The aim of the Festival is to intensify the musical activity and creative potential of Russian choral groups, including amateur corporate choirs.
The regional stage of the All-Russian choral festival of creative choral groups of the North Caucasus Federal District was held in the city of Lermontov. The competition brought together academic choral groups - children and adults, professional and amateur, as well as educational choirs of specialized educational organizations.
The competition in the North Caucasus Federal District was attended by the winners of the regional stage of the festival. In total, 13 choir groups from Stavropol Territory, the Republic of Dagestan, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic took part in the festival.
The folk academic choir of teachers and staff presented a program of three diverse works, including a capella.
