Bright opening of the Boiling Point on the basis of the Stavropol Agrarian University!

On October 19, at the territory of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, the country's best agricultural university, a space free of stereotypes of collective work was opened - the university “Boiling Point”. The point opened its doors as part of the Autumn Navigator, with the support of the ASS "Platform NTI" and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. The "Boiling Point" is the place where the future is born. Here and now experienced and newcomers, businessmen and students, “techies” and humanities work! Our "Boiling Point" is a platform for heated discussions and productive dialogs.

The agreement on cooperation in the framework of the organization of activities and the development of the “Boiling Point” collective work space was signed by the ASS “Platform of the National Technological Initiative”, represented by the Director Dmitry Nikolayevich Peskov and the Stavropol State Agrarian University, represented by the rector Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev.The NTI platform develops a network of collective work spaces “Boiling Point” on the basis of universities, for organizing interaction between representatives of the fields of education, science, business and government, whose activities are aimed at improving the quality of the country's human capital through changing approaches of universities to their own educational activities, introducing new educational formats and communication models, approaches to education.Traditionally, the start of the "Boiling Point" was given by pressing the red button!The first day of the “Boiling Point” at Stavropol Agrarian University takes place in three main areas:

• NTI Markets: project session with students and university professors based on NTI roadmaps and Rapid Foresight methodology.

• NTI Technologies: a practice-oriented module modeled on the islands of end-to-end technology laboratories in Islands 10-22. The task of the track is to give young people practical skills in applying end-to-end technology and data for further use in research.

• Talents. A module that reveals the possibilities in the WorldSkills movement; presentation of design and educational intensive. An open slot for self-requesting events by student communities.

The main thing is action. As part of my acquaintance with Through Technologies, I worked in an impromptu laboratory. The track "Management based on data in the agro-industrial complex" consists of practical master classes from leading experts of the North-Caucasian Federal District in the field of "Big Data", "Digital Trace, Data Accumulation and Work with It", "Working with Data in Gephi". The application of end-to-end STI technologies in real time - all this has become possible at the Boiling Point.

The track “Talents” opens the “SmartAgro-2019” project to everyone, its presentation is the “highlight” of the direction. The “Boiling Point” also provides a unique opportunity to delve into and take part in a pitch session on the topics: “The role of the WorldSkills movement in professional training of a student”, “How to become a World Champion of the WorldSkills movement”, “Grant support as a tool for implementing student initiatives”.

The purpose of the “Boiling Point” is to attract residents of the region to the areas of NTI's work, disclosing and understanding the services of “University 20.35”. One space should appear in the North Caucasus Federal District, where there will be no framework for communication and social circles, and there will only be a desire to jointly develop and increase what is already there, create new ones, work for the prosperity of the region, its inhabitants and themselves.

On the site of the University "Point", students and teachers will have access to the digital platform of the University 20.35, as well as its diagnostic and advisory services, based on artificial intelligence algorithms. The work of the University Boiling Points is aimed at the formation of educational trajectories of students and teachers so that they, using both the University platform 20.35 and the resources of their own university, can master the necessary digital competencies in a short time.

Autumn Navigator is a one-day geographically distributed event, the purpose of which is to engage a new target audience in the NTI and the activities of the University 20.35.

The classic “Boiling Points” format is considered to be urban “Points”. The first teamwork space opened in Moscow in 2013. In 2016, the first “Boiling Point” outside Moscow opened in St. Petersburg, then in Ivanovo. Today, “Boiling Points” operate in 32 cities. In 2019, a new format was launched - the University Boiling Points. Before the launch of the second wave of the opening of the University “Points”, the network included 41 spaces, of which 28 were in urban format and 13 in the university format in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ivanovo, Petrozavodsk, Novosibirsk, Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Tomsk, Ulyanovsk, Chelyabinsk, Obninsk, Lipetsk, Irkutsk, Kaluga, Yakutsk, Yoshkar-Ola, Belgorod, Yekaterinburg, Chita, Veliky Novgorod, Tyumen, Blagoveshchensk, Grozny, Cherepovets, Rostov-on-Don, Omsk, Nalchik, Tula, Yaroslavl, Kazan, Ryazan, Volgograd, Perm.

The “Boiling Point” collective work space is intended for interaction between representatives of education, science and business, scientists, technology entrepreneurs, civil servants, members of public organizations and professional communities, students, schoolchildren, caring townspeople to exchange experiences, work results, and develop new ideas separately for their directions and in interaction with each other. As a result of the network, we see an increase in the number of citizens involved in the implementation of projects of the National Technological Initiative.

The format of the collective boiling point “Boiling Point” was developed by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) and has been used since 2013. He received the status of "network" at the end of 2016. The non-profit franchise holder is the ANO Platform NTI, established by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

Network activities are carried out using the Leader-ID.ru platform. Currently, more than 527,000 users are registered, each user of the platform can organize their own independent and free educational event here. Excluded commercial, religious and political events. The network hosts over 40 events daily.
