Practical work of students in agricultural enterprises

The staff and graduates of the Department of Agrochemistry and Plant Physiology conducted soil diagnostics at agricultural enterprises LLC "Selkhoz-Galan" and LLC "Agro-Galan" in the Kurganensky district of the Krasnodar Territory on an area of 10,450 ha in order to optimize the nutrition of crops grown under irrigation of various types and in rainfed conditions. LLC "Agro-Galan" was established on October 14, 2003, 150 people work at the enterprise. The company is engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products: cereals and row crops. Targeted work to increase productivity is being carried out, progressive technologies for the cultivation of grain and other crops are being introduced.

LLC "Selkhoz-Galan" was established in November 2004 on the basis of the Mayak farm. The total number of permanent workers is 170 people, including 25 specialists of all levels. The main activity of the enterprise is the production of agricultural crops. The LLC "Selkhoz-Galan" cultivates: winter wheat, winter barley, corn, sugar beets, canola, soy. Work is underway to increase productivity. So 38 sprinklers were purchased and operated. Constantly working to maintain a high culture of agriculture.
