Students of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, activists of the Russian Union of Rural Youth visited one of the units of the concern LLC Energomera, the livestock farm of the agricultural holding LLC "Khleborob", in a village. Martynovka.
The excursion to the children was conducted by Peter Trofimovich Bukreev - livestock specialist. He spoke about the principles of work, showed how internal processes are proceeding.The farm specializes in cattle. The livestock reaches 1250 cows. Production was founded in the 60s. And from that moment, it is actively gaining. So, a grant of 30 million rubles was won for the purchase of new equipment. The farm uses automated milking systems.
New technologies are also being applied, such as a silo press - equipment for packing silo in the sleeves, about 300 tons are placed in one of them.
The training was organized by LLC "Khleborob" and employees of the "Machinery and Technologies of the Agro-Industrial Complex" Department of our university.
