On the basis of LLC “Pererabotchik” (Novoaleksandrovsk) for the 4th year students of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources, an extra-mural class on the topic “Technology for obtaining juice products” was held.
The plant was founded in 1952. The main activity is the processing of agricultural raw materials and the production of canned fruits and vegetables. The lesson was conducted by technologist Tatyana Mikhailovna Nazarenko, who gave complete information about the technological line for the production of juice products, described the main areas of production activity, and the range of products.
The technologist introduced students to the device and the principle of operation of technological equipment for the production of canned cucumbers, tomato, pumpkin and apple juice. Tatyana Mikhailovna paid attention to the features of the production of juice products, the requirements for cleanliness and the rules of hygiene and sanitation, and the control of technological processes of production.
At the end of the lesson, a tasting of the juices produced at this enterprise was held.
