Regional personnel forum on the basis of Stavropol State Agrarian University

Stavropol State Agrarian University held a regional personnel forum. For the fifth time, the university has hospitably opened its doors to those who care about the training and education of specialists for the regional economy. This year the forum was held under the motto "System personnel policy - a driver for the development of the region."

About 300 people became participants of the Forum. Representatives of executive and legislative authorities, public associations, entrepreneurs, teachers of higher and secondary vocational schools gathered at the university in order to discuss various aspects of the personnel policy of the region.

Forum participants were welcomed by I.V.Atanov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Educational Work, Stavropol State Agrarian University. He spoke about the university’s contribution to the formation of personnel with higher and secondary vocational education for the region’s economy, about advanced training and professional retraining of specialists, work with young people on the WorldSkills "Ticket to the Future" program, and about retraining the population of older age groups.

• Head of the Macro-Region Office of ANO “Federal Center of Competencies in the Field of Labor Productivity” I.K. Pogulyaev,

• Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Stavropol Territory D.V. Polyubin,

• Head of the Human Resources Department of LLC "Chocoland" on the issue of mentoring and youth adaptation in the organization I.A. Fisenko

• Head of the Occupational Safety and Production Control Service of PJSC "RusHydro" - "Cascade of Kuban Hydroelectric Power Plants" on the issue of conducting professional skills contests "Best in Profession" in the branch of PJSC "RusHydro - Cascade of Kuban Hydroelectric Power Plants" A.A. Shkurko.

At the forum 6 work sites were organized. They took place in the form of round tables, panel discussions, management workshops. Their participants discussed various components of the personnel policy of the Stavropol Territory.

One of the round tables was devoted to professional development of specialists in the field of state and municipal procurement. The moderator of this working platform was the head of the Center for Contract Education of the University M.V. Veselova.

The forum ended with the adoption of a resolution. The event was organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Stavropol Territory and the Stavropol State Agrarian University.
