In the framework of the Forum “Business Territory - Territory of Life” of the National Business Success Prize, master classes were held. Employees of the Stavropol State Agrarian University took part in the work of the sites.
Teachers of the Faculty of Economics Natalya Nikolaevna Telnova and Natalya V. Vorobyeva visited one of the Forum sites, a master class on the topic «Effective Negotiations» with the participation of professional experts.
The speaker was a business trainer, general manager of Expert Marketing, author of the book «Big phone sales without compromise and excuse» Sergei Semenov. The trainer showed the algorithm of actions during tough negotiations, taught how to determine the type of personality of your interlocutor, revealed techniques for how to switch the conversation on the right track, helped to develop a certain position and taught to defend it competently, without making serious concessions, but remaining on the same wavelength with the opponent.
Such master classes are very significant when performing professional duties in the process of teaching students the conditions for conducting entrepreneurial activity in terms of the formation of an active entrepreneurial environment.
