All-Russian meeting of rectors of agrarian universities of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation

Within the framework of the meeting, advanced training courses for rectors of agricultural universities “Digitalization as the main project management tool in the context of the development of agricultural education” were held. Lectures, seminars and master classes were conducted by leading experts in the field of digitalization of the educational process.

Welcoming remarks to the participants of the seminar-meeting were addressed:

• Director of the Department of Scientific and Technological Policy and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Nina Aleksandrovna Ivanova

• Chairman of the Association of Agrarian Universities of Russia "Agricultural Education", Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev

• Acting Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Professor Ivan Vyacheslavovich Atanov

The report "On the results of the activities of Rosobrnadzor in relation to universities under the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia" at the plenary session made:

• State Secretary - Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science Sergey Nikolaevich Rukavishnikov.

As part of the continuing education program, the rectors heard presentations:

• “Digitalization of agriculture: technological trends and ecosystems”. Speaker: Svetlana Valentinovna Maltseva, Head of the School of Business Informatics, National Research University Higher School of Economics, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor

• “Digital Transformation of Universities and Advanced Learning Technologies”. Speaker: Galina Mozhaeva, Director of the Center for Advanced Research and Development in Education in the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation

• “The boiling point as a tool for the development of universities in the context of digital transformation.” Speaker: Anatoly Gennadievich Semenov, Director of the Technological Brokerage Company “Business Alliance”

• Strategic session “New formats of university partnerships”. Speaker: Anna Vladimirovna Garmonova, Director, Center for University Partnerships, HSE

The meeting was continued by State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Ivan Vyacheslavovich Lebedev and Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Maxim Iosifovich Uvaidov.

For all the guests, a tour was organized in the new educational and laboratory building of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. Rectors familiarized themselves with the material and technical base.
