Students of an agricultural university went on excursions to PJSC "Rostelecom". Students were interested in live to get acquainted with the equipment and what is hidden from prying eyes. The tour was conducted by Igor Semin, coach of the customer service department of PJSC "Rostelecom" of the Stavropol branch.
Students visited four structural units focused on all segments of the B2B, B2C, B2G markets(These terms were introduced to refer to e-commerce business models and in the offline environment:

C - (consumer) end consumers, individuals.
