The deputy head of the department of the regime for secrecy of information of the Office of the Federal Treasury for the Stavropol Territory talked with students of the Agrarian University

The lecture was held by Ekaterina Anatolyevna Khutorskaya, Deputy Head of the Division for the Secrecy and Information Security Regime of the Office of the Federal Treasury for the Stavropol Territory.

At the beginning of the lecture, Ekaterina Anatolyevna talked about the demand for specialists in the field of information and economic security, presented data on the distribution of vacancies in the regions of the Russian Federation, as well as on the level of wages.The lecturer paid attention to the budget sector of the economy, in which there are risks and threats associated with damage by officials in the form of violations of budget legislation, including due to inappropriate and inefficient use of budget funds. These reasons affect the effectiveness of public finance management and the budget process. Ensuring safe budget execution in modern conditions requires a solid legal basis for the functioning of the treasury system, in which this process takes place. In this regard, the need for specialists in this field is increasing.

Ekaterina Anatolyevna indicated that security experts in constantly changing conditions should have unified skills and personal qualities that increase the efficiency of work and interaction with other people - Soft skills. These include skills in communication, teamwork, time management, management, conducting presentations, sales, leadership, personal development, self-motivation, etc. These are skills that help people find optimal solutions in a wide range of tasks not described in any step by step, nor in job descriptions. It is these skills that future specialists need to actively develop.

An important stage for graduates is the employment process. Yekaterina Anatolyevna Khutorskaya told how to withstand the interview with dignity and focus on her merits.The lecture was held in open two-way communication between the audience and the presenter.
