In the hall of the student center of Stavropol State Agrarian University, an annual traditional freshmen ball was held, which was prepared and conducted by students of the faculties of agrobiology and land resources and ecology and landscape architecture. 2019 is declared the year of theater in Russia, so the theme of the ball was not chosen by chance. Creative rooms, elegant costumes and a special theatrical atmosphere made this evening especially unforgettable.
The fifth anniversary ball of freshmen of the Acting Rector, Professor Ivan V. Atanov, opened, congratulated the students and said that the building was almost fully commissioned and a vibrant, intense student life would flow here. I.V.Atanov was given the right to cut off the first piece from the anniversary cake, which the jury members rightfully got.
The jury of the contestants was evaluated by the guests present: Anna Sergeyevna Lyashenko - secretary of the regional organization of the RSM; Dmitry Sergeyevich Sakichev - Director of the Center for Youth Initiatives Tramplin and Chairman of the Primary Student Trade Union Organization of SSAU Nikolai Petrovich Golovin.
Participants prepared for contests for a long time: they learned Polones and prepared a theatrical production - an excerpt from the play that they got by lot. As a result, according to the results of the competitions, “The King and Queen of the Freshmen Ball - 2019” were announced. They were Daria Fedorova and Nikita Salikov, students of the Accounting and Finance Department, who also received a spectator award. As the main prize, the pair of winners received a certificate for a romantic dinner at the Patio Corleone restaurant.
The remaining couples received diplomas and incentive prizes from the sponsors of the freshmen ball.
