Stavropol State Agrarian University is a participant in the VI annual national exhibition "VUZPROMEXPO - 2019"

The 6th annual national exhibition “VUZPROMEXPO - 2019” was held at the Expocenter Fairgrounds (Moscow). The exhibitors were 109 leading Russian universities and research organizations, 5 RECs, 26 engineering centers, more than 50 companies in the real sector of the economy. The event was organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

A feature of the exhibition was the summing up of the implementation of the National Projects “Science” and “Education”, federal targeted programs implemented in accordance with the Strategy of Scientific and Technological Development of the country.

In accordance with the priorities of the Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation, three thematic blocks have been identified in the VUZPROMEXPO exposition: Quality of Life, Human Efficiency, and Development of Resources and Spaces. The exhibition presents the results of research projects, high-tech developments of Russian researchers, the results of the work of engineering centers, centers of competence of NTI.

“One of the most difficult tasks that we face is to prepare 35 thousand new researchers for the period of implementation of national projects. These are people who will determine the future of Russia and ensure the achievement of those very ambitious goals. The task is Russia's entry into the Top 5 of the most developed technological powers and the five largest economies with an appropriate differentiation structure, more stable, more knowledge-based, more informational, technological and so on,” said Mikhail Kotyukov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, speaking at the opening of the business program of the exhibition "Vuzpromexpo".

Sergei Pavlovich Sklyarov, Head of the R&D and Technology Transfer Department of the Scientific and Innovative Training Center of Stavropol State Agrarian University, took part in the exhibition.

At the stand of the Directorate of Scientific and Technical Programs, the most significant projects were presented that were supported by the federal target program “Research and Development in Priority Directions for the Development of the Russian Science and Technology Complex for 2014-2020,” including Stavropol State Agrarian University on the topic: “Development and introduction of an innovative methodology for the application of aerospace digital technologies for the accelerated development of grazing in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) ”agreement number No. 14.613.21.0081 with the Ministry of Education of Russia from 22 November 2017, a unique ID of works: RFMEFI61317X0081. Sergey Pavlovich presented the results of the project 2017-2019.

In addition, Sergey Pavlovich took part in the meeting of the project session "Development of engineering centers based on educational organizations: success stories and future plans." The meeting participants discussed the possibilities of cooperation of engineering centers in the implementation of large projects, the transformation of the support mechanism of engineering centers and their further development.

Of the 72 engineering centers established at universities as part of the support program for the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, three were chosen, who were given the floor as the most successful examples of the activities of Russian engineering centers.

At the end of the project session it was reported that in the near future a program for the development of engineering centers, including universities not subordinate to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, will be announced.

They also took part in the panel discussion “Personalization of training and data-based management: how universities can cope with the task of training personnel in the context of a rapid change of technology”.

The speakers offered answers to questions about how to build a training system with a rapid change in technologies and professions, how to constantly improve teaching technologies, and how to form a person’s conscious attitude to the development path throughout life.

General Director of 20.35 University Vasily Tretyakov spoke about the role that 20.35 University can play in updating the educational model of classical universities. He noted that universities that connect to the services of the University 20.35, have the opportunity to understand which format of study is more suitable for students. They can also analyze the digital footprint, which allows the university to understand what actually happens to students in the educational process.
