The Kuban State Technological University summed up the results of the second stage of the all-Russian competition of scientific works of students, postgraduates and young scientists in the direction of “Technology of food products”.
The aim of the contest is to identify and support Russian talented youth in scientific and research activities, to expand young people's ideas about science as an important resource of Russian society.
