SSAU scientist became a member of the Public Council at the Directorate of Federal Service for State Registration for Stavropol Territory

A meeting of the Public Council at the Directorate of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Stavropol Territory was held on the basis of the Rosreestr Directorate for the Stavropol Territory. The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Agrobiology and Land Resources and Ecology and Landscape Architecture Departments, Professor A.N.Esaulko.

The meeting was attended by members of the Council from the Department of Rosreestr in the Stavropol Territory:

- Mikhail Kolesnikov, Acting Head of the Administration of Rosreestr in the Stavropol Territory,

- Natalya Malakhova, assistant to the head of the Rosreestr Directorate,

- Elena Sergeyevna Valevach, Deputy Head of the Organization, Monitoring and Control Department of the Rosreestr Directorate for Stavropol Territory.

Candidates to the Public Council from educational institutions were invited: Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko-dean of the faculties of agrobiology and land resources and ecology and landscape architecture of FSBEU HE Stavropol State Agrarian University, Marina Melnikova - Head of the Department of Civil Law and Process Law of FSBEU HE "NCFU".

Alexander Nikolaevich Esaulko became a member of the Public Council at the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Stavropol Territory.

On the agenda, in addition to organizational issues of the meeting and planning of the Public Council for the coming year, were considered the tasks of implementing target models to simplify business procedures and increase the investment attractiveness of the Stavropol Territory, put forward by Deputy Head of the Department of organization, monitoring and control Valevach E.S., and with the submission of the Assistant Head of Rosreestr Malakhova N.E. were considered errors of cadastral engineers that lead to the suspension of state cadastral studies.

The final question of the meeting was the consideration of the rules of land use and development as a way to facilitate changes in the type of permitted land use and an effective measure to improve the investment climate in the Stavropol Territory.
