On January 27, the country celebrates one of the most significant events of the Great Patriotic War - the Day of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the fascist blockade. An interactive lecture on "History" discipline by "Two" was devoted to this event.
Students learned about the events of the blockade of Leningrad - a tragic and, at the same time, heroic page in the life of our country. There is no other example in history that a city surrounded by invaders not only did not surrender to the enemy but also lived, worked and fought.
The blockade lasted 900 terrible days and nights, but the city survived and won! The Battle of Leningrad was one of the most important battles of World War II and the longest during the Great Patriotic War. It became a symbol of courage and selflessness of the defenders of the city.
The lecture "Two" was very unusual and interesting when two lecturers from different positions considered the issue, and the students received not only a lot of new knowledge but also were able to learn active ways of conducting discussion to solve problems.
The interactive lecture was initiated by the team of the Department of Philosophy and History of the University.
