In Moscow, in the framework of the competition "I am a professional" was held Winter school "Development of agriculture. Challenges of time". The event was held at the Russian state agrarian University named after K. A. Timiryazev and included lectures by academics, workshops and visits to manufacturing.
Participants of the Winter school have become students of 4 course of faculty of agrobiology and land resources and ecology and landscape architecture Julia Kuzminova and Tatiana Pankova.
In opening ceremony took part:
· Deputy Minister of agriculture of Russia Maxim I. Obidov,
· the rector of Russian state agrarian University-MTAA named after K. A. Timiryazev, academician of RAS, Professor Vladimir Ivanovich Trukhachev,
· Director of the Association of organizers of the student competition "I am a professional" Valeria Aleksandrovna Kasamara,
· Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "Rosselhozbank" D. Pavel Markov,
representatives of leading agricultural companies, heads of institutes, departments and faculties of the Russian state agrarian University-Moscow agricultural Academy.
Under the program, the students visited one of the largest Russian enterprises for the production of chemical plant protection products, micronutrients, seeds of "Schyolkovo Agrochim" and "Federal agricultural research centre VIM". The participants of the school, lectures were given by doctor of technical Sciences, academician Otari Nazirovich of Didmanidze and doctor of biological Sciences academician Ivan Germanovich Cockroaches. Students performed and conducted master classes representatives and HR-specialists of large companies such as Syngenta, KWS RUS, "Cherkizovo".
The main aim of the school was the identification and development of professional skills of students who aspire not just to obtain agricultural education, but I want to place in the profession, become a master of his craft.
