A new dairy complex has appeared in dairy cattle breeding in the Stavropol Territory, which produces 25 tons of high-quality milk per day. Scientists at the Stavropol Agrarian University have established close cooperation with a modern enterprise, where the latest technological advances in the field of industrial milk production have been implemented.
In the framework of interactive classes for second-year livestock students on the subject “Application of computer programs in animal breeding”, Professor of the Department of Private Zootechnics, Animal Breeding and Breeding, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences S. A. Oleinik met with the Deputy Director of LLC “Agroalliance Invest” N .Yu. Kozlova, who informed about the production plans of the industrial enterprise - reaching the production capacity for the production of 30 tons of milk per day from the dairy herd of 1700 cows in Jersey in 2020-th breed. The annual milk production at this enterprise will reach 10.2 thousand tons, investments in the implementation of the project amount to 1 billion rubles.
