Teachers of the department of production and processing of food products from plant materials and 3-4 year students of the faculty of agrobiology and land resources of the training program “Food products from plant materials” took part in the regional festival dedicated to Saint Tryphon, the patron saint of winegrowers, the defender of fields and gardens.
This holiday, initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture of the region, is becoming traditional for our region. The event brought together representatives of all organizations involved in the production of grapes and wine, including 29 peasant farms.
The secular part of the event included a concert program, as well as folk tasting of wine, grape, fruit products, honey and cheeses from the best producers of Stavropol.
