Students meeting with veterans - heroes of World War II

A meeting of students with veterans of the Great Patriotic War was held at Stavropol State Agrarian University.

Students met with veterans of the Great Patriotic War in the main building of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, as well as on the basis of veterinary clinics. The event took place on the eve of Defender’s Day and was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory in World War II.

As guests were invited:

- Vasily Fedorovich Belchenko - Deputy Chairman of the Stavropol Regional Branch of the Union of Paratroopers Interregional Public Organization, Major General;

- Dmitry Mikhailovich Lisitsky - Hero of Russia, major;

- Evgeny Ivanovich Sereda - Chairman of the Veterans Council of the Leninsky district of the Stavropol city, lieutenant colonel, Veteran of the Armed Forces;

- Andrei Mikhailovich Krupennikov - member of the Writers Union and the Journalists Union of Russia, a labor veteran.

The guests spoke about the times when hostilities took place, about their achievements and for all the seriousness of the topic, they answered the students' questions as clearly and sincerely as possible.

The event was organized by:

- Nikolai Gavrilovich Guzynin - Chairman of the Veterans Council of SSAU;

- Tamara Vasilievna Skrebtsova - Associate Professor, Department of Financial Management and Banking, Accounting and Finance Department;

- Victoria Samvelovna Germanova - Deputy Dean for educational work of the Accounting and Finance Department;

- Marina Nikolaevna Verevkina - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine for Educational Work.
