In the assembly hall of the main building of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, a traditional festive concert dedicated to the Defender’s Day was held, at which the creative teams of the university performed.
February 23 is the day of military glory of Russia, which our troops found on the battlefields. Initially, this day has a huge meaning - to love, honor and defend your Motherland, and, if necessary, to be able to defend it with dignity.
On the eve of Defender’s Day, it has become a good tradition to congratulate all the men of Stavropol State Agrarian University on the holiday. The faculty and students of the university were congratulated by the Acting Rector, Professor Ivan Vyacheslavovich Atanov.
A concert program was prepared for all those present. Teams and students of the university pleased the guests of the festival with their creativity: the Academic Choir of teachers and staff, the vocal studio "Anfas", the vocal studio "Provence", the Cossack Song Ensemble "Lel".
Many warm words were said to the male half of the faculties, but special words of gratitude and congratulations sounded precisely for those who knew the harsh everyday life of soldiers' lives - veterans and combatants.
