Lecture "The process of digitalization and employment opportunities" was held at the Agrarian University

A meeting of students with representatives of the Business IT company took place in the Stavropol State Agrarian University. The lecture is organized by teachers of the Department of Entrepreneurship and the World Economy.

Lyubov Kriulina, Deputy General Director of Business IT, and Anna Evgenyevna Akhmedova, head of the quality and personnel management department, met with senior students of various fields of study at the Faculty of Economics.

Digitalization has become one of the main modern trends in the development of society, and work in the digital economy is already an essential element of the activity of almost every specialist.

Representatives of the company "Business IT" spoke about the business, the purpose of which is to organize the digital environment in the workplace. This organization has been successfully operating in the digital technology market for 25 years, being a leader in IT business in the South of Russia.

The unusual composition of the open lecture students - students of different areas of training - is due to the fact that the application of their knowledge and skills in the work of such an organization can be found not only by graduates of the Information Systems and Technologies direction, but also by future economists and managers.

Lyubov Vasilievna Kriulina, who oversees personnel management issues, spoke about the areas of activity in the company, employment opportunities and further professional growth, the requirements of the employer for the hired specialists, and also recommended what points should be paid attention to when writing a resume, preparing for an interview, self-presentation.
