Students in the “Technology for the production and processing of agricultural products” training direction attended a master class from the Berta group of companies on the production of flour confectionery. During the training, they mastered almost all stages of production using modern ingredients, unique developments of the company - a manufacturer of raw materials for the baking and confectionery industries.
The seminar was held with the participation of the chief technologist, a graduate of the faculty of technological management - Maxim Zherdev. Students studied the production of Viennese Easter cake, Easter chocolate cake, Italian Easter cake, rye cake with carrots, almond cookies and brioche with sun-dried tomatoes and pesto sauce.
The Berta educational and methodological center has assembled the best modern equipment for baking, with the help of which it is possible to demonstrate any technological processes for testing and preparing bakery and confectionery products that meet all the standards of a high-tech process.
