The conference “Architet: current technologies of the urban environment” was held at the “Tochka Kipeniya”

The “Tochka Kipeniya” together with the Center for Applied Urban Studies “Processor”, as part of the Agency’s Strategic Initiatives program, held a conference “The Architet: Urban Technologies”. In the first part of the conference, a panel discussion “What is a high-quality urban environment: obstacles and prospects for its appearance” took place. In the second part, presentations of relevant technologies of the urban environment took place.

During the work, the current technologies of the urban environment were demonstrated:

- Landscape solutions

- Smart city system

- Smart lighting

- Comfortable urban furniture

- Energy Saving Technologies

- Vertical gardening 

In the first part of the conference, a panel discussion was held on the topic “What is a high-quality urban environment: obstacles and prospects for its appearance”. In the second part, there were presentations of relevant technologies of the urban environment:

· “The modern city as an integrated system” (Vlad Boykov, curator of the “Processor” Center for Applied Urban Studies);

· “Modern landscaping and engineering systems. How, observing the procurement law and without extra costs to create not just malls, but places of attraction and sights” (Fedor Stasenko, director of the LLC “Nikolaevskie Sady”);

· “Functional and aesthetic outdoor furniture” (representatives of the “Palisad” company);

· “Street art, and its influence on the positioning of a house, district, city” (Alexander Chernyaev, CrossCity).

· “City farming. Technology of vertical gardening” (Igor Devederkin, Senior Lecturer, SSAU)

· “Smart lighting” (Evgeny Kobzyrev, “FONARI”);

· “Modern solutions in the field of electricity metering” (Yuri Kasyanenko, JSC “Energomera”)

· “How to win tenders” (GKU DPO SK “Procurement Support Center”).

The conference ended with the business game “Comfortable City”, which provided for the analysis of typical urban problems on the designer and included the search for solutions.
