The exhibition "AgroUniversal 2020" began its work in Stavropol

The XXII specialized agricultural exhibition is held on the basis of the Brusnevsky shopping complex. Stavropol State Agrarian University, as always, presented scientific stands and the practical work of the professor staff and students.

Among the guests of honor there was the Acting Rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University Ivan Vyacheslavovich Atanov, who made a welcoming speech to the guests of the exhibition.

Scientific and innovative developments of all faculties of the university were presented at the stand of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. The exposition aroused active interest among visitors.

Stavropol State Agrarian University is the recognized flagship of agrarian education. Today, the university graduates highly qualified specialists for all sectors of the agro-industrial complex. Agronomists, mechanics, veterinarians and other specialists are being trained. They are so necessary for modern agriculture. Young scientists and experienced teachers demonstrate advanced scientific achievements aimed at developing the agricultural sector and strengthening the country's food security.

In its work, the Stavropol State Agrarian University strives to ensure that the agricultural sector remains one of the most important components of the socio-economic development of the Stavropol Territory.

Annually, 120-150 exhibitors take part in Agrouniversal exhibitions - manufacturers and suppliers of goods and services for the agricultural sector, scientific and consulting institutions from all regions of the Russian Federation, near and far abroad. The exhibition is visited by representatives of state authorities and local self-government, heads of agricultural enterprises of the Stavropol and Krasnodar territories, the Rostov region, the republics of the North Caucasus and other regions of the Russian Federation. The administrative regions that are most active in visiting and operating the exhibition are encouraged with valuable prizes.
