StartUp: Land Innovation Project Fair - Helsnet (HealthNet)

At the end of March, students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University presented projects developed during the SmartAgro-2019 design and educational intensive at the StartUp: Land innovative projects fair - “Helsnet (HealthNet)”. The event was organized by: Development Corporation JSC, Belgorod Region, Department of Economic Development of the Belgorod Region, Department of Health and Social Welfare of the Belgorod Region, White Wings Association of Business Angels. The event was held in an online format.

A 4th year student of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources, Philipp Miroshnichenko, as the leader of the «VsemVina» project team, presented a project, the essence of which was to develop a mobile application that helps to select recommendations for drinking alcohol depending on individual characteristics and the current state of human health. Also, using the QR code on the bottle, you can find out all the information about the product. Project mentor of the team Elena Alekseevna Mironova, candidate of technical sciences, associate professor of the department of production and processing of food products from plant materials.

The project of personalized nutrition service “Healthy click” was presented by the leader of the “S.L.O.N” team, 1st year student of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Ekaterina Kulbitskaya. The project consists in developing a service for selecting individual diets based on an analysis of the nutritional status of a consumer, taking into account the physiological state of a person, his gender, age, and national characteristics. The project mentor Elena Alekseevna Skorbina, candidate of biological sciences, associate professor of the department of agricultural production and processing technology, worked with the guys on the project.

The experts at the StartUp: Land Innovation Projects Fair - Helsnet (HealthNet) were representatives of large companies, as well as heads of medical institutions operating in the Russian Federation.

The projects of our students received good grades, recommendations for subsequent implementation and development, as well as proposals for cooperation.

StartUp: Land is a unique project initiated to popularize and create an innovative environment, a platform where science, business and government meet to find and implement new breakthrough solutions.
