According to the Regulation on the All-Russian competition for the best scientific work among students, graduate students and young scientists of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in 2020, stage 2 was held in 6 universities of the North Caucasus and Southern Federal Districts (Stavropol SAU, Volgograd SAU, Gorsky SAU, Dagestan SAU named after M.M. Dzhambulatov, Donskoy SAU, Kabardino-Balkarian SAU named after V.M. Kokov).
The competition was held in 17 nominations: 12 for students and 5 for postgraduates, academic staff of the university.
Stavropol State Agrarian University sent 22 student and 7 postgraduate works for participation in the 2nd stage of the competition.
Due to the need to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection on the territory of the Russian Federation, the Association “Agroobrazovanie” recommended that universities organize 2nd stage of the competition in absentia, with the submission of works in electronic form.
The winners of the 2nd stage of the All-Russian competition for the best scientific work among students, postgraduates and young scientists of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in 2020 are:

“Agrochemistry and soil science” - Chatoyan Genrikh Alfredovich, 2nd year student of the Faculty of Agrobiology and Land Resources, supervised by Valery Sergeevich Tskhovrebov, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, Head of the Soil Science Department named after professor V.I. Tulipanov;
“Veterinary Medicine” - Erko Ksenia Vladimirovna, 4th year student of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, supervised by Vladimir Orobets, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Therapy and Pharmacology;
“Veterinary Medicine” - Mitenko Vasilisa Vasilievna, 4th year student of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, supervised by Dilekova Olga Vladimirovna, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Parasitology and Veterinary Examination, Anatomy and Pathanatomy named after Professor S.N. Nikolsky;
“Veterinary Sanitary Expertise” - Polnikova Ksenia Nikolaevna, 4th year student of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, supervisor Ozheredova Nadezhda Arkadievna, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Epizootology and Microbiology;
“Veterinary Sanitary Expertise” - Kalinina Kristina Vitalevna, 3rd year student of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, supervised by Orobets Vladimir Aleksandrovich, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Therapy and Pharmacology;
