Victory of students of SSAU in the International competition of research works of students, master’s degree students and postgraduates

Students of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance became the winners of the V International Competition for research work of students, master degree students and postgraduates "Actual Problems of Economics and Management in the XXI Century" at the VI International Student Scientific and Practical Conference "Economic Development of Russia: Trends, Prospects", held at the base of Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University named after Kozma Minin (RF, Nizhny Novgorod).

The purpose of the competition: the development of the creative potential of students, master’s degree students and postgraduates and creative thinking through the formation of research skills.

Competition sections:

Section 1: Economic development trends, organization and management of production systems;

Section 2: Current aspects of sectoral development of regions;

Section 3: Innovation management in economic systems;

Section 4: Actual problems of finance, methodology of accounting, analysis and audit of the modern digital economy;

Section 5: Economics of the social sphere and labor;

Section 6: Development and improvement of foreign economic activity of socio-economic systems;

Section 7: Modeling applied knowledge-intensive tasks in digitalization.

The results were summarized in the following categories:

– “The Essay.”

– "Presentation".

– "Research project."

The competition was attended by 145 students from more than 20 institutions of higher education in the regions of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus.

Students of the Accounting and Finance Department of SSAU took an active part in the competition, and in 3 sections of 7 became winners in the nominations “Essays” and “Presentation”:

Sergey Vasilievich Ivakhnenko – a 5th year student of the specialty “Economic Security”;

Ekaterina Viktorovna Maksimova – a 2nd year master’s degree student in Finance and Credit, master's program in Corporate Finance and Financial and Credit Institutions!
