Employees of the Financial Management and Banking Department, together with VTB Bank (PAO), held a training seminar entitled "Employment of Graduates in 2020. Competencies of the future: the way to career success in banking" in a webinar format.
Yulia Potapova, the Chief Specialist of the Human Resources Department of the SFD and SCFD of VTB Bank (PAO), spoke about the main changes in the banking sector in the new economic conditions and the need for newcomers to form and develop such "competencies of the future" as the ability to solve complex problems, critical thinking, creativity, creativity, people management, skills of coordination, interaction, emotional intelligence, empathy, as well as mastering interpersonal skills.
Agrarian University students have presented an internship program "VTB UNIOR" in the regional network of the bank, which can be completed by anyone familiar with the requirements and conditions presented in the presentation file.
At the end of the webinar, participants were able to ask bank specialists questions about the demand for graduates and the availability of vacancies in the bank.
