Vocational guidance webinar for students of Stavropol State Agrarian University

As part of the plan for joint innovation, scientific, practical and social events in 2020, employees of the Department of Financial Management and Banking in cooperation with the South-West Bank of Sberbank PAO held a webinar "Sberbank Today. Who are we for employees?". The event was conducted online and was organized for students.

Galina Zhukova, Head of the Personnel Selection and Adaptation Department of South-West Bank of PAO Sberbank, acted as a speaker. She told us what the Bank is like now, what transformations have taken place (Sberbank today is not just a bank. It is an ecosystem), what employees the Bank is waiting for in its team, which the Bank is for its employees, about training opportunities and development prospects that the company provides today.

During the webinar, we talked about how to get to work, what you need to be able to do and what you can count on. Galina Zhukova also presented the scholarship programs for students and paid attention to further professional opportunities for young people, given the high results of cooperation between the Bank and the Agrarian University, both in terms of the number of young professionals employed and the quality of professional training.

At the end of the meeting, the speaker answered all questions on employment, practice and internships within the company.
