University staff took part in the work of the State Commission for the Stavropol Territory

Admission of selection achievement to use is carried out on the basis of an assessment of economic usefulness by the method of competitive small-scale trials conducted at state sections of the country. The Stavropol state network is represented by the following branches: Stavropol State Variety Testing Station, Aleksandrovsky, Ipatovsky, Krasnogvardeisky and Novoaleksandrovsky State Variety Plots and non-spectra located in different soil and climatic zones of the region.

Employees of the Stavropol State Agrarian University visited the public sector of the Stavropol Territory. The working group included:

· Head of the Department of General Agriculture, Plant Growing, Breeding and Seed named after professors F.I. Bobrysheva doctor s. Sciences, Associate Professor Vlasova O.I.

· Candidate agricultural sciences, associate professor Donets I.A.

together with the employees of the "State Commission":

· The head of the branch Batagova EA,

· Chief inspector Dubina V.V.

· Chief agronomist Maznitsina O.G.

The main task of the established working group is an objective and comprehensive assessment of new varieties and hybrids, identifying the most promising of them and identifying areas for their introduction into agricultural production (regionalization).

Much attention is paid to the assessment of winter crops. A total of 176 varieties of winter soft wheat are allowed in the sixth region, 65 of them are recommended for the Stavropol Territory, among them are: Bezostaya 100, Velen, Yubiley Don, Flash, Princess Olga, Alekseich, Armada, Akhmat, Elanchik, Secletia and others. Winter barley is represented by 39 varieties of Paradise, Khutorok, Valery, Maroussia, Storm and others. All varieties of domestic selection. According to the results of state testing, new promising varieties will be recommended for inclusion in the register of selection achievements of the Russian Federation.

Specialists of the State Commission for Commissions and representatives of the university noted a high level of methodological discipline in laying varietal experiments, as well as compliance with all technological operations in the cultivation of crops.
