"RTK-Agro Cup" for schoolchildren.

Stavropol schoolchildren under the tutelage of Stavropol State University employees took part in the "RTK - Agro Cup" competition. This was the first time that the competition was held in Stavropol. Participants of 19 regional sites competed in the skills of Agroroboat management, performance of agricultural tasks on a specially designed test site.

Plant potatoes, feed cows, collect hay, overcome obstacles, deliver milk from the barn to the farm, clean up the territory - all this is made possible thanks to modern technology and knowledge in the field of robotics.

Each participant of the competition received a file with specially created Agrororobot software for testing on the competition website www.agro-online.rtc.ru.

Schoolchildren from Perm, Yakutsk, Ryazan, Vologda, Ussuriysk, Stavropol, Ufa, Kemerovo, Samara, Kazan, Belgorod, Saratov, Moscow, Orel, Barnaul, Omsk, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg and Volgograd took part in the competition.

For the competition a unique Agrorobot with two cameras for orientation at the range was developed, also several external cameras displayed the image of the range on the monitor of the computer of the competition participant.

Minimal and accessible requirements to the software operation, real-time interaction with the organizers, prompt solution of issues allowed to make the competition not only spectacular, but also cognitive and developing for the participants.

The aim of the competition is to involve educational organizations located in rural areas in the work on technological priorities of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) through familiarization with high-tech projects in agriculture.

The main objectives of the contest:

- To develop students' creative abilities and interest in specialties in the field of agricultural sciences;

- formation of key competencies, professional-significant qualities of personality and motivation for practical application of subject knowledge;

- creation of favorable conditions for self-determination, creative self-actualization of students;

- raising the prestige of specialties in the field of agricultural sciences;

- professional orientation of students;

- dissemination and popularization of knowledge in the field of agricultural sciences;

- involving scientific and business communities in working with talented students.

Schoolchildren who took part in the "RTK - Agro Cup" competition are the holders of the highest points of the regional distance learning stage of the All-Russian competition "Agronti-2020" in the nomination "AgroRobots" in the FSBEI of Higher Education Stavropol State Agrarian University:
