In connection with the epidemiological situation in the world, when classes in all educational institutions take place in distance learning, an online excursion was held for students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University in the field of preparation "Food from Vegetable Raw Materials" in the Sikory estate of the Krasnodar Territory.
An online tour was conducted by a graduate of our university, the Sikory technologist Darya Efarova, who graduated from the Stavropol State Agrarian University in 2015 with a degree in fermentation technology and winemaking.

During an online tour, Daria led students through the vineyards, showed a gravity winery surrounded by vineyards, which was built according to the outline design of the French architect Mathieu Brullon, and also paid attention to wine tourism and products.
The new form of classes allowed students to meet with graduates of this area, get acquainted with the types of work performed, see new technologies of a gravity winery, where the use of mechanical or other means of pumping grape must is excluded from the production of wine.
