Review - competition of the best food products, food raw materials and innovative developments

The scientific developments of the teachers of the Stavropol State Agrarian University were awarded at the international competition for the best food products, food raw materials and innovative developments. The competition was held in Volgograd (organizers of the GNU NIIMMP and VolgSTU).

Many applications have been submitted to the competition. Among the winners were two applications submitted by the Department of Production Technology and Processing of Agricultural Products of Stavropol State Agrarian University.

I-stdegree diplomas were received:

· For the development of a science-based approach for the application of the HACCP system in the production and processing of organic livestock products (Authors: Sycheva OV, Skorbina EA, Trubina IA, Shlykov SN, OmarovRS ,Kayshev V.G.)

· · For the development of the technology of dessert milk drink “Carolact” functional orientation (Authors: Sycheva OV, Suyuncheva B.O., Sychev O.V.)
