Stavropol State Agrarian University and Huawei signed an agreement on the establishment of the Huawei ICT Academy on the basis of the university

Under the terms of the agreement, an authorized Huawei Infocommunication Academy will be created on the basis of the university, where training in the direction of HCNA Routing & Switching Technologies will be conducted. Huawei will provide all the necessary teaching materials and access to the online platform, and the training will be available for undergraduate students, graduate students and teachers in the relevant specialties.

The creation of the Huawei infocommunication academy on the basis of the university is one of the strategic directions of the Stavropol State Agrarian University in support of the Digital Economy of Russia program. The need to improve the education system in the field of information and communication technologies and create all the necessary conditions for personnel training is one of the key vectors of the university program strategy, focused on a significant increase in the number of graduates in the field of information and communication technologies.

Within the framework of the agreement concluded, the teachers of the Department of Information Systems – Dmitry Valerievich Shlaev and Anatoly Alexandrovich Sorokin successfully completed the authorized course of Huawei under the signed agreement - Routing & Switching. It is a unique new course to train Huawei Certified Network Experts in Routing and Switching.

This course confirms the knowledge and skills required to build, optimize and manage large and medium-sized networks. Holders of the HCIE-R & S certificate have a comprehensive, comprehensive and thorough understanding of the functioning of large networks, knowledge of technologies and protocols used in large and medium-sized networks, the ability to independently design and implement projects of such networks using routers and switches manufactured by Huawei.

Organizations with HCIE-R & S certified employees can independently build large, complex networks, integrate voice and cloud services, provide wireless access, integrate data storage and processing systems to support various applications, and quickly and efficiently troubleshoot arising during the operation of the network of faults, to plan the development of the organization's network in accordance with trends in the development of network technologies, to guarantee a high degree of such network characteristics as its reliability and availability, as well as security.
