Scientists from SSAU took part in the IV annual scientific conference of the consortium of journals of the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov

The conference was held online on the Zoom platform. It was attended by editors of leading journals on economic sciences, researchers from Russian universities, teachers, doctoral students and graduate students of higher educational institutions.

At the annual scientific conference of the consortium of journals of the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov was attended by teachers of the Department of Economic Theory, Marketing and Agroeconomics Olga Alexandrovna Cherednichenko and Natalia Anatolyevna Dovgotko. SSAU scientists participated in the session "Environmentally sustainable development and new priorities for the 2020s."

Within the framework of the conference, 24 sessions were held in 7 thematic areas: problems of economic theory and methodology of modern economic science; macroeconomic modeling; sectoral and regional economics; digital economy; population economics and demography, labor economics and personnel management, demographic and social policy; sustainable development problems; economy of the BRICS countries.

The focus of the panel discussion "Journals for Science or Science for Journals?" the problems of publication in leading foreign journals on economic sciences and the use of scientometric indicators to assess the results of research activities of scientists in the ratings of Russian universities were considered.

Associate professors of the Stavropol State Agrarian University presented a report at the section on sustainable development, headed by Sergey Bobylev, Doctor of Economics, Prof., Head of Department of Environmental Economics, Faculty of Economics, Moscow State University M.V. Lomonosov.

According to the results of the conference, the selection of articles recommended for publication in the journals of the faculty “Moscow University Bulletin. Series 6. Economics ”,“ Research of the Faculty of Economics. Electronic Journal ”,“ Population and Economy ”, BRICS Journal of Economics, one of which will include a publication by SSAU authors prepared under a grant from the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR).
