Professor of SSAU visited agricultural enterprises in the Voronezh region

The teachers of the Stavropol State Agrarian University regularly visit the leading enterprises of Russia to improve their training programs.Each specialty requires up-to-date knowledge corresponding to the technological development of the agro-industrial complex. The trip took place with the support of the university partners. The delegation visited two large enterprises in the Voronezh region.

The delegation from LLC "Agrokormservice Plus" included Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, professor, teacher of SSAU Elena Edugartovna Epimakhova. The agricultural enterprises were also visited by Andrey Valdemarovich Vrana, director of LLC "Agrokormservice Plus", and Yuri Vasilyevich Kramarenko, manager of the company.

The visits to enterprises in the Voronezh region were organized with the aim of negotiating mutually beneficial production activities in the field of poultry farming.

The delegation visited:

· LLC “Trau Nutrition Voronezh” (director A.V. Shol) – the most modern premix plant in Russia in terms of automation. The plant management program integrates the international quality control system NUTRACE, an anti-contamination system, and a recipe calculation program. The company is certified according to ISO 22000: 2005.

· LLC "TD PTITSA" (director Skorik A.V.) – the largest producer of daily and reared young animals for the population in the Voronezh region, thanks to the presence of its own parent herd of ST5 cross ducks and STIMUL cross mulard breeding of the French company ORVIA, a large-scale hatchery – "Aleinikovskiy incubator", rearing hens of the SUPER NIK cross in BIG DUCHMAN cages.

Based on the results of the trip, relevant materials will be included in the presentation of lectures on the discipline "Poultry".
