At the Accounting and Finance Faculty, in order to develop the financial market and raise the awareness of students about its possibilities, a thematic lecture "What to do with the freed up financial resources?" was held. Lecture is a minimal knowledge base about investments. The main goal of its holding is to explain to students the possibilities of using modern financial instruments to create their own "safety cushion" and business development.
The event was attended by the director of LLC Finam-Stavropol Lyubov Mikhailovna Butaliy.
Lyubov Mikhailovna explained to the students what competent investment is, what types of securities exist, and what profitable solutions already exist and are in great demand among investment experts.
During the lecture, the speaker told how the use of exchange-traded financial instruments gives a competitive advantage in business. The guys learned about the possibilities of liquidity management in the company and hedging currency risks. In order to better understand what the specificity of exchange instruments is and what, in general, are the benefits for business, practical examples were analyzed during the lecture.
At the end of the event, students asked all their questions and received comprehensive answers.
