The competition "History, Modernity and Prospects of Accounting Science" was organized by teachers of the departments of management accounting, accounting and financial accounting of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance of the Stavropol State Agrarian University in conjunction with teachers of the RSAU "Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K.A. Timiryazev ", FGOBU VO" Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation ", FGBOU VO" Voronezh State University ", EE" Grodno State Agrarian University "(Republic of Belarus), UO" Mogilev State University of Food "(Republic of Belarus).
The winners and prize-winners of the All-Russian competition with international participation of student research projects "HISTORY, MODERNITY AND PROSPECTS OF ACCOUNTING SCIENCE", timed to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, have been determined.

The competition was held in order to popularize research activities in the student environment, disclose creative abilities and increase students' interest in their chosen profession.
