The All-Russian Conference on Modern Aspects of Financial and Credit System Transformation

Teachers and students of the Faculty of Accounting and Finance took part in the II All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern aspects of transformation of the financial and credit system", which was held in a remote form. The conference was organized by FSBEI ETO "Bashkir State University" Institute of Economics, Finance and Business and Association of Credit and Financial Organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Our university was represented by teachers: Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department "Finance, Credit and Insurance" Irina Glotova, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Elena Petrovna Tomilina, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Olga Uglitskikh and Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Yulia Klishina.

The plenary session of the conference was opened by Konstantin Grishin, Director of the Institute of Economics, Finance and Business of BashSU, PhD, who noted that the relevance of the event is due to the need to discuss modern problems of the financial and credit system and determine the mechanism for the use of various financial instruments as the basis for the effectiveness and attractiveness of this area through transformation and its synergetic effect.

Opening the conference, Head of the Department of Finance and Taxation of the Institute of Economics, Finance and Business of BashSU Guzaliya Abkadirovna Galimova noted that the conference is aimed at sharing experiences and to create conditions for creative thinking about the results of research, raising awareness of modern aspects of transformation of the financial and credit system.

From FSBEI "Stavropol State Agrarian University" the report "State of economic security of the banking system of Russia in modern conditions" was made by the Head of the Department of Finance, Credit and Insurance, Candidate of Sciences, Associate Professor Irina Glotova, Candidate of Sciences, Associate Professor Elena Tomilina.

Associate Professors Olga Uglitskikh and Yulia Klishina presented the experience of the project on creation of intrauniversity digital assets system "AgroFinCoin".

During the conference 4 sections were organized. In the work of section "Actual problems and prospects of development of financial-credit system in modern conditions took part Master's degree program "Corporate finance and financial-credit institutions" Ekaterina Maximova (scientific supervisor Tomilina E. Klishina. P.) with the report "Modern insurance market of Russia" and a 3rd year student of Economics profile "Accounting, Analysis and Audit" Valentina Begun (scientific supervisors O.N. Uglitsky and Yu. Efendiev Inal (scientific supervisor Glotova I.I.), 4th year student of "Economic Security" speciality, made a speech in the section "Challenges of digital economy. Main Trends in Financial Sphere" with actual research of trends in development of cryptovolta in information economy conditions.

The conference ended with a fruitful scientific discussion during which the most important issues of today's state, development and transformation of the financial and credit system, which caused keen interest among numerous participants, were discussed. Reports by teachers and students of the Stavropol State Agrarian University were awarded first degree diplomas. A collection of articles has been published as a result of the conference.
