SSAU students took part in the online session "Elevator to the Future", organized by the Center for Assistance to Employment of SSAU Graduates and the "Sistema" Charitable Foundation, the operator of social investments of AFK "Sistema".
Together with Oksana Mishechko, Human Resources Director of Agroholding "STEPP" JSC, the participants learned:
- How to do practice and internships during the period of self-isolation?
- What kind of employee are modern companies looking for?
- What should an effective self-presentation look like?
Vasily Chinilov, head of the training and development department of "Binnopharm Group", told what an employer needs from a young specialist and what the “competencies of the future” are.
Andrei Vedrintsev, head of the science and innovative development department of "STEPP" Agroholding JSC, and Semyon Fomin, an agricultural analyst, spoke about the digitalization of the agro-industrial complex and how to build the path of a young specialist.
Maria Milshina, Head of Partner Relations at the "Sistema" Charitable Foundation, presented the new All-Russian educational platform "Elevator to the Future". Free courses and lessons on the platform help students decide on a profession, give them the opportunity to get the necessary skills for free and get a job.
The most active participants in the online session received prizes from the "Sistema" CF and the opportunity to undergo internships in companies or receive career advice.
