Final of the Online financial literacy game "Fate of the Kingdoms"

The final of the Online game on financial literacy "Fate of Kingdoms" among students of educational institutions of secondary vocational education of the Stavropol Territory took place at the site of the Center for Advanced Professional Training of the Stavropol Territory. The game was held as part of the implementation of a set of educational activities of the regional program "Increasing the level of financial literacy of the population of the Stavropol Territory and the development of financial education in the Stavropol Territory for 2019 - 2023". The organizers were the Stavropol State Agrarian University and the Training Center of the Ministry of Finance of the Stavropol Territory.

In the finals, the teams of the St. George Technical School of Mechanization, Automation and Control, the Mineralnye Vody College of Railway Transport, the Pyatigorsk Technical School of Trade, Technology and Service, the Svetlograd Regional Agricultural College, the Svetlograd Pedagogical College and the Faculty Secondary Vocational Education of FSBEI HE "Stavropol State Agrarian University", which became the winners of six qualifying rounds among 24 teams participating in the Online game.

The event was opened by welcoming the participants of the tournament, the coordinator of the regional program "Increasing the level of financial literacy of the population of the Stavropol Territory and the development of financial education in the Stavropol Territory for 2019 - 2023" Nadezhda Ivanovna Gerasimenko.

During 2 rounds – a round of distribution and a round of conquest of territories - the participants had to answer questions on topics in the field of personal finance management and family budgeting processes, taxation, lending, insurance, savings and investments, financial fraud and consumer protection. The guys also had the opportunity after each assignment to receive a qualified commentary and checklists of the rules of reasonable financial behavior from the game moderators – employees of the Department of Financial Management and Banking Yulia Mikhailovna Sklyarova and Elena Nikolaevna Lapina.

As a result of a stubborn struggle, the winners were determined:

1st place – State Budget Professional Educational Institution "Svetlograd Regional Agricultural College",

2nd place – Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education of FSBEI HE "Stavropol State Agrarian University"

3rd place – State Budget Professional Educational Institution "Georgievsky Technical School of Mechanization, Automation and Control".

The winner and prize-winners of the game are awarded with diplomas and valuable gifts, and all participants – with certificates and souvenirs.
