The speaker of the Online seminar was Vladimir Yuryevich Maksimov, Associate Professor of the Department of State and Municipal Administration and Law, Candidate of Legal Sciences.
The last major reform that dealt with the Constitution of the Russian Federation took place this summer. The speaker answered the main questions: what socio-political, economic and cultural processes within our country brought about these changes, whether they achieved their goals, can there be similar reforms in the future.
