"Digital transformation of the organization of professional education as a necessary condition for advanced training"

Refresher courses for directors of secondary vocational educational institutions and their deputies for academic work were held for two days in a part-time format. The training included lectures, seminars and round tables with experts from Moscow and Stavropol. Also, the participants of the courses were able to see in practice how the work on additional education is being built in the Center for Advanced Professional Training of the Stavropol Territory.
On the first day, classes were held online, on the Zoom platform. Speakers were:
- "CAPT in the training system of the region" - Gleb Valerievich Safonov, head of the department for the development of secondary vocational education of the National Training Foundation
- "Promising directions of state policy in the field of secondary vocational education", "Demonstration exam as a format for summing up the results of training in professional educational organizations: features" - Elena Anatolyevna Tsarkova, Deputy Head of the Department for Development of Professional Education, Russian University of Transport (RUT).
- "Managerial competence" - Sergey Vladimirovich Kukolev, head of the department for the development of the WorldSkills movement in Moscow
- "Digitalization as a trend in vocational training", "Digital history and digital future of the organization of secondary vocational education" - Denis Sergeevich Kalugin, international expert of WorldSkills in the competence "Prototyping"
On the second day, those who wished could attend the Advanced Training Courses offline. Classes were held on the basis of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. The audience was addressed with a welcoming speech:
- Rector of the University, Professor Ivan Vyacheslavovich Atanov
- Deputy Minister of Education of the Stavropol Territory Denis Olorovich Zhirnov
- Head of the CAPT of the Stavropol Territory Sergey Dmitrievich Kaivanov
The speakers were:
- “New functions and models of secondary vocational education. Methods for introducing changes”, “Transformation of educational programs in the transition to online. A new role and a promising profession of the future - a pedagogical designer”- Oksana Yuryevna Egorova, Head of the program “Leader of secondary vocational education” of the State Institute of New Forms of Education.
- "Implementation of digital technologies in the management of an educational organization" - Egor Vladimirovich Kulaev, methodologist of the CAPT and Artyom Sergeevich Marshalkin, developer of the digital platform of the CAPT.
Presentations were made by:
- "On the work of the CAPT in the Stavropol Territory, report for 2020, key indicators for 2021" - Olga Mikhailovna Lisova, Head of the project team of the CAPT
- "On new educational projects of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Stavropol Territory" - Boris Viktorovich Semenyak, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Stavropol Territory.
More than 70 people took part in the training.
The students received certificates of completion of the advanced training courses from the hands of the Rector of the Stavropol State Agrarian University Ivan Vyacheslavovich Atanov.
After the official part, everyone had an excursion around the new building of the Stavropol State Agrarian University and the Center for Advanced Professional Training of the Stavropol Territory.
