A scientific and practical textbook by Professor V.A. Cherepanov on the Constitutional Law of Russia has been published, prepared taking into account the changes in Russian legislation in recent years, primarily the large-scale changes made to the Russian Constitution in 2020. The textbook provides information about all new at the time of its publication legal norms governing the state-legal structure of society, their official and doctrinal interpretation, as well as the specifics of law enforcement in various areas of constitutional and legal reality. This is a real, “living” textbook, which is presented in an understandable language without excessive theorizing and the use of scientific formulations. For clarity and accessibility of assimilation of legal terminology, the textbook contains a large number of schemes, which greatly facilitates the study of constitutional law. The educational material is built on a problem basis using examples from legal practice and disclosing the features of the constitutional and legal regulation of public relations in various regions of the country.
