Head of the Department of Soil Science. IN AND. Tyulpanova of the Stavropol State Agrarian University, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor Valery Sergeevich Tskhovrebov and assistant of the department Arsen Niyazbievich Dzhandarov, visited the Fermaland Agrofirm. A meeting was organized on the results of joint work on the study of the state of the soil of the agricultural company in the autumn. The meeting took place in the city of Volzhsky, Volgograd region, which was held in the format of an on-line conference. The head of the enterprise is the general director Alexander Alexandrovich Abalmasov.
Valery Sergeevich Tskhovrebov made a presentation on the topic "Soil condition of Fermaland LLC and recommendations for fertilization. The professor said that in November 2020, a field and laboratory examination of the soils of the agricultural firm was carried out. The main investigated indicators: the content of nitrate nitrogen, mobile phosphorus, exchangeable potassium, mobile compounds of sulfur, boron, manganese, copper, zinc, cobalt and molybdenum.
As a result of the studies, it was revealed that the soils of the farm have deficiencies in micro and macro nutrients, which significantly affects the amount of fertilizers applied. The speaker also noted that the potential soil fertility, in general, is high and it is possible to get a grain yield of 5.0-5.5 t / ha on them. The director of the Agrofirm and the entire agronomic corps thanked the Department of Soil Science of the Stavropol State Agrarian University for the work done and expressed hope for further close, joint cooperation.
