Dissertations were successfully defended at Stavropol State Agrarian University

In the dissertation council D 220.062.02 at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Stavropol State Agrarian University" the defense of dissertations took place.

Under the guidance of Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor Vladimir Aleksandrovich Orobets, in the Dissertation Council D 220.062.02 two dissertations were defended in the field 03.02.11 - Parasitology:

- for the degree of candidate of veterinary sciences Dmitry Eduardovich Chervyakov on the topic: "Babesiosis of dogs (distribution, pathomorphological changes, treatment and prevention)". Scientific advisers: Olga Vladimirovna Dilekova, head of the department of parasitology and veterinary sanitary examination, anatomy and pathological anatomy named after Professor S.N. Nikolsky, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor, Svetlana Nikolaevna Lutsuk, Professor of the Department of Parasitology and Veterinary Sanitary Expertise, Anatomy and Pathological Anatomy named after V.I. Professor S. N. Nikolsky, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences;

- for the degree of candidate of veterinary sciences Andrei Mikhailovich Safronov on the topic: "Mallophagosis and dermanissiasis, improvement of control measures." Scientific adviser: Svetlana Nikolaevna Lutsuk, Professor of the Department of Parasitology and Veterinary Sanitary Expertise, Anatomy and Pathological Anatomy named after Professor S.N. Nikolsky, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences.

The theses were defended successfully. The members of the dissertation council voted unanimously for the awarding of an academic degree to applicants.

Parting words to the young scientists were said by the rector of Stavropol State Agrarian University, Professor Ivan Vyacheslavovich Atanov. The scientists thanked the university leadership for their support and mentoring.
